We collect and process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and to deliver our content and services.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloud86 (Netherlands). Server log files are automatically collected, including: IP address, date and time, pages visited, browser type, operating system, and referrer URL. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after 30 days.
4. Contact Form
Data collected: name, email address, message text. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; Article 6(1)(b) GDPR if directed at concluding a contract. Data deleted after 6 months unless a contractual relationship arises.
5. Commission Specification Form and Order Processing
When you submit a commission through ignatiadi.com, the following data is collected: full name, email address, delivery address, phone number (optional), project description, technique preferences, format specifications, reference images, and special requirements.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Contract-related data, including the Specification Form and project correspondence, is retained for 10 years (§257 HGB, §147 AO).

6.1 Stripe
For card payments: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin, Ireland. Payment data transmitted directly to Stripe. AERONIA does not store card data. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
